Do you offer gifting options?

We offer the option to add a gift message to your order on the cart page. You can put a gift message in the Special Instructions For The Seller column. This message will appear on the packing slip and pricing will be hidden.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! To make that happen, our team starts processing orders as soon as they have been submitted, so we are typically unable to change or cancel orders. Please contact Customer Service (help@ajignisia.com) immediately if you have questions about changing or canceling your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship in 1 business day (Mon-Fri). 

Domestic Orders: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45 within the United States. For all other orders, shipping is using USPS First Class with calculated cost. Orders with standard shipping will ship using USPS. Your order is estimated to arrive within 5 to 7 business days. We also offer USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days) and USPS Priority Mail Express (1 to 2 business days).

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also track your order here to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at help@ajignisia.com or click here to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We gladly accept items that have not been altered or worn. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.

Can I exchange an item?

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. To start a return, go to https://ajhandmadeca.returnscenter.com/ and follow the prompts to request a refund. You’ll receive an Instant Refund code — a temporary gift card — that you can use to purchase something new on the site if you would like to exchange an item(s). Print your return label and mail back the original item. Once received, we’ll refund the full balance back to your original form of payment. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked, and in their original packaging.

How do I start an exchange?

Step 1: Navigate to https://returns.ajignisia.com

Step 2: Locate your order by entering your email address OR your order number and shipping zip code. 

Step 3: Select the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason(s) you are exchanging them and click “Complete Return”. 

Step 4: Locate your Instant Refund Voucher on the return confirmation screen, or in the return confirmation email. 

Step 5: Place a new order for the items you want in an exchange and use your Instant Refund Voucher in the gift card field at checkout. Pay any remaining amount due with an accepted payment method. Your purchase will ship right away, even if you haven't completed your return yet.

Step 6: Print the prepaid shipping label provided and mail in the package. Please send the item(s) back to us within 30 days. We will refund any outstanding voucher balance within two weeks of receiving your returned item.

**NOTE: If you have an outstanding return, your order may not be eligible for an Instant Refund Voucher.

How do I return an item internationally?

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping on international orders, but we will refund your order if you want to ship them back. Please reach out to ajignisia@gmail.com for the shipping address and additional instructions.
